After unplugging it the computer wouldn’t recognize anything. Go to MoBo manufacturer’s website and download chipset drivers for your MoBo and reinstall. That is a positive ID of the mobo type, model and date.

To be on the safe side with the new board, I’m going to “remove hardware” from the USB ports when I’m not using the device. Their are spending some of their time to handle a manufacturer warranty item that is mosty likely beyond their in store warranty period and only charging shipping. A new floppy drive is not expensive, and can easily be plugged in only as needed. I do have the CD for the board and did re-install the chipset drivers – no change. I did order the exact same board online and when it isb it was DOA. I’d say that you are dealing with a good store. All ontel a sudden all 6 4 in back, 2 in front USB ports stopped working. If not and it’s still not working, it may be a hardware motherboard problem.
Or get a USB extension usbb. Is there another way to upgrade bios for DGGC? There is a small chance the problem is your power supply.
Only plug that in through a powered USB hub so that the ijtel acts as a buffer. If you decide to upgrade, you would need that, a newer motherboard, and I would upgrade the CPU to a dual core. OBS Studio screen recording and streaming guid
